When disaster strikes and your home or business is damaged, call Weatherguard to handle the insurance claims process.  Our experience and knowledge will ensure that you get the results you are looking for.

STEP 1 – Call Weatherguard for a Free Inspection

As soon as you suspect storm damage, call Weatherguard to come out and perform a free roof inspection.  If damage is found, a storm damage report will be filed and we will take it from there.  We will contact your insurance company and give them all necessary information such as the storm date and extent of damage.  Your Weatherguard specialist will arrange a time to meet the adjuster on site, will answer all of their questions, and will ensure that they have an accurate damage report.

STEP 2– Insurance Adjustment

Once a claim has been filed and your Weatherguard representative has conducted a damage assessment with the insurance adjuster, we will provide the adjuster with an itemized damage report.  Your insurance restoration specialist will ensure that all damage is identified and included in the claim.

STEP 3 – Scheduling Your Installation

When your claim is approved, the insurance company will provide a scope of work as well as the initial payment.  Weatherguard will meet with you to schedule your project and select your materials. Installation will take one to two days to complete.

STEP 4 – Project Completion

At the conclusion of the project, Weatherguard will perform a final inspection to ensure that the job was done to your satisfaction. We will then invoice your insurance company for the remaining payment.
